• After placing your order, expect the product to take 3–5 business day to ship. Most orders arrive in 10 business days after the date of shipment, though this time may vary depending on your availability to receive the machine and the chosen delivery option.
• NordicTrack offers three delivery and installation options for rowing machines:

• NordicTrack offers a 30-day trial period for all products.
• If you’re unsatisfied with your NordicTrack treadmill, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery by calling NordicTrack customer service at 866.896.9777.
• If you were not charged for shipping on your initial delivery, you will be charged for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returned or canceled products (unless the product is defective).
• Returns must be placed in the original box or a comparable-sized package.
• Upon receipt of the returned product, NordicTrack will refund your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and shipping and return fees.

NordicTrack rowing machine warranty
