What you can expect from Stanley Steemer

Carpet, upholstery, and rug cleaning

Clean: The technicians will use their proprietary hot-water extraction, or deepest cleaning method, on carpets and upholstery to extract built-up dirt, stains, and allergens from your carpet using an EPA Safer Choice cleaning solution. Their cleaning equipment removes on average 82.6% of moisture of your fibers, only leaving your dry time to be about two to six hours.

Protect: To extend the life of the treatment, they apply a protector that prevents further damage from risks like red-wine stains and other everyday wear and tear on your carpet and upholstery.

Deodorize: The technicians don’t want to merely mask your carpet and upholstery smell—they want to remove it. Their deodorizer product neutralizes odors at their source, rather than covering up the smell.

Maintain: While deep cleaning is great, Stanley Steemer understands it’s not always an option on a regular basis. For this reason, they offer Stanley Steemer Professional Spot Remover™ to use in between deep cleans. This spot cleaner is EPA Safer Choice-certified and certified asthma & allergy friendly®.

Tile and grout cleaning

Clean: Stanley Steemer uses a high-pressure water and vacuum system to remove an average of 96.5% of common household allergens, a service certified by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. The technicians also offer in-home demonstrations, so you can see the process for yourself before you decide to schedule a cleaning.

Protect and seal: The finishing coat of Stanley Steemer’s clear tile sealant protects your title and grout from spills with a protective barrier.

Maintain: To create a refreshingly clean, long-lasting appearance for your tile and grout, use Stanley Steemer Neutral Tile & Grout Cleaner™. This product removes accidents from your floors safely, without the use of harsh chemical cleaners and bleach.

Along with carpet and tile cleaning, Stanley Steemer provides other services listed below that range from air duct cleaning to water damage restoration to auto, boat, and RV cleaning that follow the same guidelines and prioritize safety and cleanliness.
