The average cost to repair a dishwasher is $200. To save time and money on these types of repairs, you can buy a home warranty, a one-year service contract that covers repairs and replacements on major home systems and appliances.

Joseph Pasquale (Homeowner)
[Landmark] is the best. It took no time for me to set up an appointment and get my HVAC fixed. They follow up with you to keep you posted on what is going on. Once it was fixed, they sent an email asking how my experience was. I’ve been in the customer service industry and this company simply goes above and beyond.
Beau Taylor (Homeowner)
I have only had Landmark for a year and only needed to use them recently for a furnace repair. They quickkly got a technician out to my home and he diagnosed a bad capacitor. He was able to replace it within the same visit and all I paid was my service fee for the whole visit. No negatives to report in the first year.
Carol Williams (Homeowner)
Emailed Landmark about my garbage disposal not working. Within 2 days, all was fixed!! Would recommend Landmark to any of my family or friends!!

I really love working with Summer Sweaney and providing what I think is a great company for home warranties. My experience has been that they are right on top of claims and immediately provide the service as they say they will. Friends and family have purchased warranties with my recommendations.
