Shipping and installation

  • You can find an estimated delivery time of your product in your shopping cart or on the product page. The delivery time will vary depending on location, customization, and inventory for each customer.
  • Life Fitness does offer expedited shipping (cutting the delivery time in half), but at a cost.
  • Life Fitness includes white glove delivery in the installation cost of its rowers. An installer will call to schedule a time to assemble and install your new equipment.
  • Illinois residents can pick up their Life Fitness orders for a $50 fee rather than have them delivered, but this is not recommended, as the equipment is bulky and very heavy. Customers who choose to pick up their orders are responsible for loading, transportation, and assembly.

Returns

  • You can return your rower within 30 days of delivery.
  • A 25% or maximum of $500 per piece of equipment restocking fee will apply to returns of non-defective equipment. If there’s a defect that makes your equipment inoperable, our technicians will order and replace the parts under warranty with no cost to you.

Life Fitness rowing machine warranty

Life Fitness includes a free standard warranty with their rowing machines. A standard warranty comes with a 3-year tank and seals, 2-year mechanical parts, 2-year console, and 1-year labor warranty.

Life Fitness also offers two additional extended protection plans: a 3-year Premium Extended Protection Plan and a 5-year Premium Extended Protection Plan.

The 3-year premium extended protection plan is $199 and extends the standard 1-year labor, 2-year mechanical parts, and 2-year console warranty to a 3-year total parts and labor protection.

The 5-year premium extended protection plan is $399 and extends the standard 1-year labor, 2-year mechanical parts, 2-year console, and 3-year tank and seals warranty to a 5-year total parts and labor protection.

Note that Life Fitness does not honor warranties for their products sold through unauthorized third-party retailers.
