Service fee

Warranty holders will pay a $35–75 service fee when service is requested. Service work is guaranteed on labor and parts for 30 days (at no additional cost to you).

Claims process

With North American Home Warranty coverage, customers are able to file an unlimited number of claims, as long as the claims are considered covered repairs, as per individual policy specifications.

To file a claim, simply call the North American Home Warranty hotline (available 24/7) or file a claim through their online claim center. North American Home Warranty will send a specialized technician to your home to assess the issue and make any necessary repairs.

Coverage length

North American Home Warranty has excellent length terms. There is no minimum contract length for monthly coverage, and annual plans can be cancelled at any time for a pro-rated refund of the remaining coverage duration.

Coverage exclusions

Home systems and appliances must be in good working order at the start of coverage to be covered.
