Super plans and coverage

Super offers three transparent plans: Appliance, Whole Home, and Premium Home. While Super’s coverage can be considered limited, it makes their contracts simple and straightforward. Super covers the most commonly used home systems and excludes appliances and systems such as doorbells, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, central vacuums, water dispensers, and garage door openers. Unlike most home warranty providers, Super covers unknown pre-existing conditions.

Coverage for all three plans includes:

Coverage length

Super offers a 12-month contract with a 30-day cancellation period. If you cancel before you contract is up, a full refund will be provided, minus the claims paid.

Coverage limits

There’s no cap on the number of breakdown incidents customers can claim with Super, but all claims are subject to coverage limits.

The pricing for Super’s three plans is as follows:

  • Appliance Plan—$20 per month
  • Whole Home—$60 per month
  • Premium Home—$90 per month

Super also charges a $75 service fee with every visit, which is inline with the industry standard.

What to expect with Super

Super’s warranty coverage benefits begin 15 days after the subscription purchase. The 15-day waiting period is waived for customers with buyer’s coverage on recent home purchases. For customers past the 15-day waiting period, service can be scheduled immediately. Super will coordinate the repair of covered appliances or systems per the terms of the subscription.

Note: There is no cap on the number of service appointments Super customers can schedule.

How to make a service request

If a Super customer needs to file a claim, they can submit a repair request online or by phone.

Super’s customer experience team will answer all questions and coordinate service during the following times:

  • Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST
  • Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST
  • Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST

For emergency breakdowns that fall outside of regular business hours, subscription members can call 415. 445.2109 for immediate assistance.

Unlike most home warranty companies, Super customers can select their contractor of choice, whether it’s their own contractor or from the company’s high-quality network.

Repair services are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Customers may incur an additional expense for service on weekends, holidays, and evening.

Super service rewards

Super offers its members Service Rewards, which can be applied to any maintenance or concierge service scheduled through Super. Service Rewards can’t be applied toward a co-pay. Customers can earn Service Rewards by referring friends or family, and the company occasionally runs promotions to allow customers to earn even more rewards. Service Rewards last as long as the customer is a paid Super subscriber.
