  • Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST
  • Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST
  • Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST

Repair services are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Customers may incur an additional expense for service on weekends, holidays, and evening.

Super service rewards

Super offers its members Service Rewards, which can be applied to any maintenance or concierge service scheduled through Super. Service Rewards can’t be applied toward a co-pay. Customers can earn Service Rewards by referring friends or family, and the company occasionally runs promotions to allow customers to earn even more rewards. Service Rewards last as long as the customer is a paid Super subscriber.

Why do I need a Super subscription?

When home appliances and systems break down, they can be expensive and are often not accounted for in your budget. A Super subscription helps customers stay on top of seasonal maintenance tasks, budget for repairs, stay organized with all maintenance that’s been done on their home, and a subscription provides coverage for major home items.

Super home warranty reviews

I have been so impressed with Super since I signed up, and in particular, the fact that you are actual real live human beings who call and email and that I can talk to.

Gibbs M., Maryland:

I always felt that repairmen do the least possible amount of work to solve your problem—especially with my home warranty. Working with Super was different—they helped me solve my problem for the long term.

Joel P., Texas:

“I lost my job last year, and for about 8 months I didn’t have a job. I kept my Super subscription going, and I’m so glad I did, because my A/C went out during that time. Because I had Super I felt safe and I felt peace of mind.
