ProForm Elliptical Review

ProForm has been around for more than 30 years and specializes in home gym equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, HIIT (high intensity interval training) trainers, cross training equipment, and the iFit program.

ProForm offers four different elliptical series: the Endurance Series, a Pro Series, a CSE Series, and a Hybrid Series.

Endurance Series models feature a backlit display, workout apps, an EKG Grip Pulse Heart Rate Monitor, 0–20 degree incline settings, effective inertia-enhanced Flywheel characteristics, and different resistance levels.

Pro Series models feature a full-color capacitive touchscreen, a variety of workout apps, an EKG Grip Pulse with Wireless Chest Strap, 0–20 degree incline settings, effective inertia-enhanced Flywheel characteristics, and different resistance levels.

CSE Series models feature s round-watts LED display, workout apps, an EKG Heart Rate Monitor, 0–10 degree incline settings (for the Smart Strider 695 CSE model and Smart Strider 895 CSE model only), and different resistance levels.

Hybrid Series models feature a large LCD window, workout apps, an EKG Grip Pulse Heart Rate Monitor, an inertia-enhanced Flywheel, and different resistance levels.

Shipping and installation

• All non-UPS shipments are curbside delivery and require a customer signature. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine.
• If you don’t schedule a time for delivery after three attempts, the shipping company will return your machine to the ProForm warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
• Once the machine is delivered, the customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly.
• We do offer an in-home assembly service in many locations.
• Deliveries are not made after 6 pm or on the weekends.

Returns

• ProForm offers a 30-day trial period on all products. If you are not satisfied with your elliptical, call 1-866-896-9777 to set up a return. Returns must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the product.
• All products must be returned in good condition and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories or an additional 10% charge may be added.
• You must receive a Return Authorization number from ProForm in order to return the product. To obtain a Return Authorization, you will need your model number, serial number, and accurate reason for the product being returned.
• You must disassemble and package your product in the original box or a comparable-sized package. Once the product is packaged, take it to your curb and ProForm will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine.
• ProForm charges a 10% restocking fee on all returned products unless the merchandise was defective.

ProForm elliptical warranty

According to a customer service representative, each ProForm machine has a different warranty and different warranty options. If you register your ProForm equipment within 30 days of purchase, ProForm will extend your total warranty by 90 days.
